OUR

TEAM

Through support, education and personal connections, we aspire to offer growth, confidence, independence and wellness for those experiencing emotional pain, suffering and trauma from narcissistic relationships of all forms as well as those struggling with abandonment and fear through the process of separation or divorce.

  • Lori Bonsignore, MSW, LICSW

Lori is an independent licensed clinical social worker who has worked in various sectors of the mental health field. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Psychology, then later continued her education to receive a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University.

Lori has dedicated a large amount of her research and clinical interest in personality disorders, childhood sexual abuse, trauma bonding and the effects of dysfunctional families. Lori was also a special needs advocate volunteer at one time, educating families who could not afford lawyers or costly advice, but needed their voices heard to obtain services for their children. She has always had a special place in her heart for children on the Autism Spectrum and the family struggles that accompany children with disabilities.

Lori has a strong interest in assertiveness training and is very motivated to work with those who have struggles with speaking up for themselves, codependency, confidence and boundary setting. She continues to support clients who have been victimized by narcissistic abuse and trauma, and those in the process of tumultuous separation and divorce.

In addition to a private mental health practice of her own, Ms. Bonsignore is currently working in the field of criminal justice.

  • Anita, BA

Anita is our social media specialist and our self-help activities coordinator. Whether it’s a wine and cheese night, paint night with the girls, a hiking excursion, or a NYC broadway show, Anita is our personal Julie McCoy!

One of the most common statements people make after experiencing narcissistic trauma is that they don’t even know what makes them happy anymore. As you continue on your healing journey, you will start to remember the activities you enjoyed prior to losing your sense of self. Self-care is one of the most important aspects of the healing process, and is some thing everyone should practice regularly to maintain good emotional health.

Professionally speaking, Anita graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from the university of Massachusetts, and is a successful real estate agent on the north shore, specializing in personal and commercial real estate. In addition, Anita is a mother to three independent, strong, well rounded young women.

You deserve an outlet and time to yourself. Attend an activity you know you’ll love or maybe try something new! Look for our monthly self-care outings. And If you did not find us on social media, feel free to follow us on Instagram and Facebook……
